SJM's Flexible decoupling elements are engineered to solve the challenges of vibration, noise, linear movement and pressure in automotive exhaust systems, industrial pipes and building installations. Developed to reduce air pollution and ensure lifelong system durability, they remain the foundation of SJM's global leadership applied across every major OEM platform.

ZLEAK Leakproof Thermal Systems
Zleak is SJM's breakthrough technology for EV and hybrid thermal management. By integrating extruded aluminium tubes directly into High-Pressure Die Cast (HPDC) components, Zleak eliminates every leak interface, no joints, no seals, no welds. The process delivers 0 leak risk by design, cuts cost by 30% vs. Friction Stir Welding, and reduces part mass by 10%. Zleak is already in series production with two active Tier 1 automotive clients and addresses a global EV thermal management market valued at €12.4B by 2028.
Applications might be extended to data center liquid cooling for AI infrastructure.

Production
THE CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOOLS AND MACHINERY REQUIRED FOR THE COMPONENT PRODUCTION AND MASS PRODUCTION IS ALMOST 100% IN-HOUSE BY SJM.
Using the latest technologies, our production systems are developed exclusively in-house in order to take into account the special manufacturing techniques that are required for production. This allows an efficient design of the production processes, the consideration of product-specific production steps and the compliance with the required quality standards. Thanks to standardized production processes and manufacturing centers, most products can be manufactured at any of our production sites around the world. At SJM, we pride ourselves on offering high quality products. Constant quality control and detailed tests are part of everyday life in production. The production capacities can be adjusted in our decentralized manufacturing plants within a very short time.
